here are the facts:

brewing company won in the polls.

but after some research we found,

that the brewing company was going to be
WAY over budget.

the site booking fee was $1500 just to start off.

then another $30-40 per person or more.

then we would need to add 15% gratuity to each ticket.

then a fee for the bartender.

a fee for the drinks.

a fee for the servers.

and it was going to have to be at the off site location

{not at the actual brewing company}

because of our group's size,

which we did not originally think.

and let's be honest.

this is a ten year high school reunion.

not a wedding.

and did we mention there is no money to get us started?

we are going to be planning the entire reunion based on projected ticket sales.

so...

P-FEST Dilemma

After looking into P-FEST as an option we've realized...

100,000 tourists=

local businesses SLAMMED=

nearly impossible for them to host a big group like ours.

dang it!!!
we obviously want to include as many people as possible,
but it sounds like it's just not an option.
GOBBLE GOBBLE.
